Seven rules for buying a house.

  • please think before the purchase of the additional expenses. In Spain lies purchase of land-expensively with approx.. 7% of the purchase price. The notary requires a fee of 0,3 and 0,5 % of the purchase price. The land register entry costs you further 0.5 to 1,0%.
